We are operating an advanced communications network to support our operation of integrated services. The core of this system is a nationwide advanced broadband optical fiber transmission network. This network is a common platform for our different operating networks including mobile communications, paging, long-distance, data, and the Internet. We believe that convergence of voice, data, image and IP services is an important trend for the industry. Therefore, it is our strategy to use a common infrastructure to integrate the different networks, rationally allocate our network resources, and provide our customers with integrated, high-efficient communication services.

Besides, we are establishing a complete set of management and network support systems to ensure our network advantages and reliability, enhance our operating efficiency, for example, NM system, billing and operating support system, customer service system and management information system. The following figure shows our network architecture.
