nTV

nTV is a video service platform business provided by China Unicom. Content provider can open network video channels with its own brand, broadcast self-editing videos to internet users and operate independently. Through downloading nTV desktop software, internet users can easily choose clear, rich and colorful videos on the nTV video desktop in the user's terminal device. They can also switch between the conventional desktop and nTV video desktop at discretion.

Video Phone

Video phone service is a multimedia communication service assembling voice and video service, which is provided through NGN network. This service takes the form of client software and video phone terminal. It can provide point-to-point communication and multimedia communication to users and satisfy users' needs such as family contact, video conference, and multimedia information browse and interaction.

Communications Assistant

Communications assistant is a comprehensive intelligent service provided on NGN network, which assembles functions of voice, data and video. This service takes the form of user-friendly and full-functional client software to provide high quality applications such as point-to-point video, CTD, instant message, user status, enterprise OA and video conference.

CU View

China Unicom uses CU View video monitoring system to provide long distance collection, transmission, storage and rebroadcast service of cross-boundary pictures, voices and various kinds of alarm signal to users on basis of broadband network. It provides a unified full digital monitoring platform with total network architecture to users. For monitoring sites anywhere, it can provide efficient video monitoring and recording, pre-warning events management and accurate video playback and management. CU View video monitoring system totally bases on TCP/IP network and gives prominence to the following characters such as dispersed monitoring, centralized management, integrated functions, convenient operation and high level of openness., Users can keep things under control through the browser wherever they go.

CU View is a long distance network video monitoring service provided by China Unicom to broadband access users. It is applicable to the safeguard of family house, enterprises and schools. It possesses such functions as timing recording, monitoring online and burglar-alarm. It also supports client storage (storage time depends on client hardware platform).

IPTV

IPTV is based on the telecom broadband network and uses television and its set-top box as main terminal devices. It can provide broadband value-added service of interactive multimedia service to users.
