The cards are available at Unicom's outlets and sales agents. By simply registering the card No. and password with a dual-tone telephone, the user can dial both DDD and IDD on that phone machine.

2. 193 Long-distance Registered Call Service

User can present effective certificate at Unicom's outlets or agents and complete the registration procedures. The telephone number registered can then be used to dial both DDD and IDD via 193 Network.

3. IDD/DDD Dedicated Line Access

Unicom 193 Long-distance Network can provide private network users and group users with IDD and DDD access service via dedicated lines. Unicom's local branches are responsible to provide IDD and DDD access to local groups or businesses. The user can apply for such service and once the application is accepted by Unicom, signs a formal agreement with Unicom. Besides voice, remote data and image transport are also available on Unicom's dedicated lines.
